SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Shipment information
Remember, you must receive your order within a maximum period of 72 hours (business days and within the peninsula), if not, do not hesitate to contact us.
But if your shipment is outside the peninsula (including European countries), it may take approximately 7 business days.
CHANGES
Free for the client within the Peninsula*.
If the shipment is outside the Spanish peninsula, the cost will be borne by the customer.
To carry out any change, send an email to contact@downunderbcn.com indicating "change and order number".
Remember: the product must be in perfect condition. With its labels, packaging, no signs of use and a maximum of 15 days have elapsed since delivery.
*Down Under will only be responsible for the shipping/handling cost of the first change. If the client wishes to make a second change, the cost will be borne by him.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect condition — with all original tags and packaging, no signs of use, and returned within a maximum of 30 days from delivery.
If you meet these requirements, please send an email to: contact@downunderbcn.com with the subject line “Return and the order number.”
Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the conditions, you will receive your refund within a maximum of 24 hours.
