How many days does shipping take?
When you're making your purchase, you can choose between express shipping (between 24 and 72 hours) or standard shipping (free on orders over €25, between 3 and 5 days). This applies to business days and deliveries within mainland Spain.
Are exchanges and returns possible?
Yes! Exchanges and returns are completely free and easy. Email us at contact@downunderbcn.com and we'll help you.
How do I know what size to choose?
Each product page includes information about the garment and the model's height and size so you have a reference. There's also a size chart for each garment. If you're still not satisfied, feel free to message us on Instagram ( @downunder____ ) and we'll help you find your size.
Don't forget, our sweatshirts are oversized, so we recommend choosing your size and it will fit you nice and loose.
Do you ship outside of Spain?
Yes! When you're processing your purchase, you'll be able to choose the destination country and see the shipping cost. These orders may take more than 5 business days.
