How many days does shipping take?
If your shipment is within the Spanish peninsula, delivery takes approximately 72 hours (business days). But if the shipment is outside the peninsula (including European countries), delivery may take up to 7 business days.
Are exchanges and returns possible?
Yes! Exchanges and returns are completely free (within the Spanish peninsula) and easy. Email us at contact@downunderbcn.com and we'll help you.
How do I know what size to choose?
Each product page includes information about the garment and the model's height and size so you have a reference. There's also a size chart for each garment. If you're still not satisfied, feel free to message us on Instagram ( @downunder____ ) and we'll help you find your size.
Don't forget, our sweatshirts are oversized, so we recommend choosing your size and it will fit you nice and loose.
Do you ship outside of Spain?
Yes! When you're processing your purchase, you'll be able to choose the destination country and see the shipping cost. These orders may take more than 5 business days.
