SHIPPING POLICY
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and the Down Under team will get to work to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible. As soon as your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with your tracking number letting you know it’s on the way, and another when it has been delivered.
Please remember that if the shipment is outside the Spanish mainland (Peninsula), you should receive your order within approximately 7 business days. If this does not happen, don’t hesitate to contact us with your order number and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
If the shipping information provided by the customer is incorrect, inaccurate, or insufficient for proper delivery, Down Under will not be held responsible for any resulting delivery issues.
